In the space “interest”, if the bank offers hypothecating loans using like index the euribor, you will have to place the sum of the present percentage of euribor plus the differential that adds the bank. For example if the present percentage of the euribor is “4.23” and your bank offers “euribor + 0.45” you will have to realize sum 4.23 + 0,45. The sum in the example is: 4,23 + 0.45 = 4,68. This is the amount that you will have to place in the space “interest”.
