The slowness valuation for stopping paying the quota of the mortgage increases.


    To enter the calculations of the valuation of slowness related to the credits granted in the acquisition of the housing, one has to stop paying for three months some quota of the corresponding mortgage. If you overcome this time you enter already inside this fatidical percentage. In this sense, in the third trimester of the year, the above mentioned valuation increased reaching 0,65 %. As indicates the Spanish Bank, this level is the highest from 2004.

   The second trimester of 2007 also overcame the half percentage point and with the third trimester there are already two consecutive months, overcoming it. It is negative information, but it does not wonder, that the slowness increases, if they were taking two consecutive years raising the IRPH and inside them the Euribor that is an index more used to index the mortgages to variable interest. October and November there have been months of certain relaxation in the indicator Euribor, but lately tensions are registering again and it has gone so far as to overcome 4,8 %. If the Euribor and other IRPH keep on climbing, it is logical that the slowness valuation increases and reflects clearly the excessive and continued increase of the indicators of reference. 

   The European Central Bank (BCE) has the key to avoid the increases of the Euribor, reducing the interest rates or the price of the money, but the last news related to an inflation to the rise is not helping to take the decision to lower the types.
